I’m Tony Schneider, founder of PlanCrAI. For more than 40 years, I’ve helped people improve their homes, including over 20 years as a contractor specializing in flooring and bathroom remodeling. That experience showed me how paperwork, follow-ups and disconnected information can consume a business—and the owner’s personal time.
I created PlanCrAI to give business owners a more connected way to manage their customers, projects and teams. My goal is to share what I’ve learned, help others work more efficiently and give them more time for the people and experiences that matter most.
Outside of work, I’m a family man who enjoys fishing, camping, traveling and sports. I believe business owners should have the freedom to do what they love while their business keeps moving forward.

What is PlanCrAI?
PlanCrAI is a connected operations platform for contractors and home-remodeling businesses. It keeps customers, appointments, measurements, photos, proposals, communications, projects, installation details, documents and financial visibility connected from the first call through Customer for Life.
Who is PlanCrAI built for?
PlanCrAI is built for solo contractors and growing home-improvement teams whose work moves through sales, field measurement, estimating, installation and customer service. The first workflows focus on flooring, kitchen, bath and related remodeling businesses.
What works across iPhone, iPad and web?
The same role-based workflow is being prepared across iPhone, iPad and web, adjusted only where screen size requires it. Supported Apple devices can also use LiDAR-assisted room measurement. Measurements and drawings must still be reviewed before ordering or installation.
Who is Avery?
Avery is PlanCrAI’s digital coordinator. She helps a user find the correct customer or project, understand the next action and move through an authorized workflow. Avery is actively being trained and expanded as production testing continues.
Can PlanCrAI send customer communications?
Yes. PlanCrAI can trigger approved, branded messages from workflow events and keep those communications with the customer record. Website inquiries are saved as prospects and can trigger confirmation and follow-up automations.
Does PlanCrAI replace accounting software?
No. PlanCrAI connects operational activity to an accounting dashboard and financial visibility. It is not positioned as a replacement for tax preparation, payroll or every function of an established accounting platform.
What does PlanCrAI cost?
Solo is $49 per month for one user. Small Team is $99 per month for up to three users. Growth Team begins at $99 per month, then adds $30 per month for each user after three. Full examples and optional services are on the Pricing page.
What is included in the Founding 250 offer?
The first 250 activated customers receive months 11 and 12 free in their first year, locked launch pricing for year one, early feature access, priority feedback consideration and a Founding Member insignia on their account. The Pricing page displays the remaining spots.
Are setup and website services available?
Yes. Optional setup is $499 for Starter Setup or $999 for Full Business Setup. Website add-ons are $49 per month for a Basic Website or $99 per month for a Managed Website.
How do appointments work?
Book one focused hour Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central. The booking page checks Tony’s live Outlook availability and sends a Teams link, calendar invitation, confirmation and reminders.
Does the public demo use real customer data?
No. The self-guided demo uses controlled sample records so visitors can explore the connected workflow without exposing production customer information. New production workspaces begin as a clean slate.
